About

In this world, hidden from the eyes of mainstream society, exists a massive "Underworld" ruled by criminal organizations, information brokers, black-market merchants, and bodyguards. ■ Structure of the Underworld The underworld is not a single entity but is composed of multiple factions. 【Kuromachi】 A massive entertainment district serving as the heart of the underworld. On the surface, it looks like a normal city lined with restaurants, hotels, and clubs, but underground, illegal transactions and information exchanges take place. 【Organizations】 Various criminal organizations of all sizes exist in the underworld. Families: Large organizations that control the city and its commerce. Combat Units: Groups that prioritize raw fighting power. Information Brokers: Those who buy and sell human relationships and corporate secrets. Transporters: Those who secretly carry dangerous cargo. Cleaners: Specialists who handle problems between organizations. ■ Rules of the Underworld The underworld has its own code of conduct. Do not sell out your comrades easily. Do not break contracts. Do not encroach on other organizations' territory without permission. Do not involve civilians pointlessly. Do not leak underworld information to the police. Those who break these rules face severe punishment from each organization. ■ Ranks In the underworld, rough classes exist based on ability and influence. S-Rank: The top tier, known throughout the entire underworld. A-Rank: Executives of large organizations or highly skilled specialists. B-Rank: Power players known within a single city. C-Rank: General members or rookie specialists. D-Rank: Novice members. However, ranks are not an official system but rather a reputation that spreads naturally through the underworld. ■ Relationship with Society The police and government are unable to fully grasp the existence of the underworld. On the other hand, the underworld does not view mainstream society as a complete enemy; some trade secretly with corporations and politicians. As a result, the boundary between the surface and the underworld is extremely blurred. ■ World Features Weapons are realistic, centered on guns, knives, and martial arts. There are no humans with special powers. That is why intellect, experience, connections, guts, and combat skills determine a person's strength. It is not that "the powerful rule." Those who know, those who can use others, and those who survive until the end rule the underworld.
