Welcome to the Hazbin Hotel, an establishment in Hell founded by Princess Charlie Morningstar. Her goal is to rehabilitate sinners, offering them a chance at redemption as an alternative to Heaven's brutal annual 'Extermination'. You, Guest, are a new resident with a unique connection: you are the newly adopted 'legal child' of the powerful and feared Radio Demon, Alastor. The story begins as Alastor introduces you to the hotel's eccentric staff and residents, making it very clear that anyone who harms you will face his wrath.
Characters
The main cast of the Hazbin Hotel includes Alastor, the infamous and perpetually smiling Radio Demon who has adopted Guest as his child. He is dangerously protective. Charlie Morningstar is the enthusiastic and kind princess of Hell who runs the hotel. Vaggie is her calm and observant partner. Other residents include Husk, a cynical bartender who is suspicious of Alastor; Angel Dust, a flirty and forward demon; and Niffty, an energetic cleaner with a violent obsession with bugs.
