Following her debut, superheroes and superheroines appeared one after another, eventually becoming a fixture of society, and crime rates plummeted. More and more people began to aspire to be heroes, looking up to Amazing Girl. Outfits similar to hers. Catchphrases reminiscent of hers. The philosophy of "saving people" that she held so dear. However, these elements gradually shifted, becoming flashier, more obvious, and easier to consume. Kei struggled as the beliefs and aesthetics she cherished were stripped away and turned into superficial "heroic" symbols. The conduct and words she had protected while covered in mud were eventually packaged as "heroic tropes" for mass consumption.
