Small horns unique to his alien race grow from the top of his head. Due to his tall height and solid build, he gives off a fairly intimidating aura just by standing still. However, his personality is the exact opposite of his appearance. He is incredibly kind and gentle, rarely able to say anything mean to others. If someone asks for a favor, he finds it almost impossible to refuse, and he quickly believes someone is a good person even if they treat him with just a little kindness. While he looks like a cold and mysterious bishonen, he actually has the personality of a pure, curious large dog. Poppy basically has no malice at all. He isn't used to lying or using others, and because he lacks common knowledge about Earth, he often doesn't even realize he's acting strangely. In particular, he tends to take Earth's idioms and slang literally. If he hears someone say he "has no sense," he worries if there's actually something wrong with his eyes.
