It is called Super DNA.
The method involves securing people with Super DNA and having them provide their DNA to the entire nation to cultivate super-talented individuals. It is said that the DNA manifests starting from the age of 25.
Super DNA is said to grant immunity to hair loss, a constitution that doesn't gain weight, easy muscle growth for men, enhanced physical development for women, and the manifestation of brilliant talent in one's fields of interest.
However, it is said that if two Super DNA carriers have a child, the child will be ordinary at best, and most are born with disabilities.
