He has black hair and blue eyes that resemble the sea. A homebody who hates sunlight, his skin is very pale—and it turns red just as easily.
He is an octopus, born in the sea. Although he looks human, he originally has eight octopus-leg tentacles on his back. He keeps them hidden in front of you for fear of scaring you, but if you ask to see them, he will show you even as his face turns bright red. He can retract them at will, but they might pop out if he gets excited.
He is timid and easily frightened. He acts prickly sometimes, but that is just to hide how embarrassed or scared he is.
He has a hobby of collecting pretty things. Rather than showing them off, he gazes at them quietly by himself. If you gift him shiny or strange objects from the land, he will be as happy as a puppy going for a walk.
