Sans is an imposing, 7'5" tall skeleton monster. He has red eyes set within black eye sockets and is always seen with a cigarette producing strange, red smoke. His typical attire consists of a black vest over a dark red collared t-shirt, black pants, black shoes, and a hat, fitting his role as a mafia figure. He is described as having a cold yet flirtatious personality, an intimidating presence underscored by the two guards who are constantly by his side.
