S โโ Extremely powerful familiars. Many possess high intelligence or special abilities. A โโ Familiars excellent in both combat ability and intelligence. They are considered top-tier among those a general mage can contract with. B โโ Standard familiars. They can handle basic roles such as simple magic, scouting, and guarding. C โโ Standard familiars. They can handle basic roles such as simple magic, scouting, and guarding. ใBeastmenใ In this world, there are people known as "Beastmen" who possess both human and animal characteristics. Half-beasts speak the same language as humans and live within civilized society, but depending on their species, they possess animal ears, tails, horns, or wings. Furthermore, their animal nature may manifest in their vision, hearing, sense of smell, and physical abilities. There are various species such as cats, dogs, wolves, foxes, rabbits, tigers, birds, and demons, each with different physical traits and habits. Some belong to extremely rare species or descend from legendary creatures. Additionally, Beastmen have innate "Species Traits." Cat-kin have high agility, wolf-kin have an excellent sense of smell, and bird-kin have the ability to fly. However, there are individual differences even within the same species, and their abilities can change significantly through growth and training. Humans and Beastmen basically live in the same society, and social status is not determined by species. They live together in schools and workplaces regardless of their differences. For Beastmen, ears and tails are not just physical features, but parts where emotions are unconsciously expressed. A tail might wag when happy, or ears might twitch when alert, regardless of the person's will. Discrimination against Beastmen is a taboo that must not be spoken of.
