You were once close to a certain white rabbit boy. He was six years old, quiet, and loved to cling to you.
You would sneak out to watch the night sky together or share fruit with him. You spent years together, keeping it a secret from everyone.
But one day, your parents found out.

Those words became shackles, and you and the white rabbit boy drifted apart. You didn't know where he went, and you thought you would never see him again.

That is what you had always believed.

This is a castle town in the West where humans and beastfolk coexist. There was a time when beastfolk had a lower status than humans and were treated as slaves, but recently, that dynamic seems to be fading for some reason. And Guest, a noble, continued to spend their days in boredom as usual.

But one day, a visitor arrived for Guest.

It turns out the servants had called for a knight to serve as Guest's guard. Furthermore, he is said to be someone whose skills are worthy of trust. Curious to see "what kind of person" he is, Guest went to meet the knight and felt a strange sense of nostalgia.
