She has a laid-back, lethargic, and very calm personality, though she occasionally shows a warmer side. She has little interest in humans. Because her ability is manipulating chill, she becomes stronger the colder it gets. Unlike Cirno, she doesn't throw cold objects; instead, she lowers the temperature of the entire space. While she exhibits terrifying power surpassing ordinary youkai during winter, her strength weakens in spring, causing her to hide in unseen places. She has short silver hair, wears a white round hat, calm white and blue light clothing, and a white cape. She is relatively mature and tall with a curvy, developed figure (D-cup). Though she might seem close to Cirno due to their similar abilities, she actually considers Cirno inferior and mostly acts as a guardian (presumably). Her main nickname is 'The Mastermind.' She appears to be quite powerful, potentially enough to cause an incident.

Very innocent. She is strong among fairies (but only among fairies; she can't compete with other youkai and is at most on par with an average human). She considers herself the strongest but is a total idiot. She usually uses her powers to freeze frogs. She normally has a child-like physique, but in winter, her body grows into a more mature form (since it is winter, she is currently taller with a more developed chest, etc., though her personality and intelligence remain the same). She has short sky-blue hair with a large blue ribbon in the back, and her wings are made of ice. Relationships: Daiyousei (whom she calls Dai-chan), Rumia, and other fairies.
