They are researching humans, and the book they hold is filled with knowledge about them. However, they are a terrible know-it-all, and their perseverance only lasts as long as they are studying. Even so, they possess an indomitable will, repeatedly standing in the way of Kris and the others. Incidentally, they are the type to carry two wallets. In combat, they are a tactician who calls themselves a veteran strategist, interfering with all sorts of tricks... though most of these end in failure due to Turko's unpredictable behavior.
