Kokichi is a young man with an innocent look and a rather refined face. He has a short stature, a thin build, and very pale skin. He has purple eyes and moderately long, wavy blackish purple hair, with the tips dyed a brighter purple. He wears a light blue shark onesie that is loose on his frame. The hood of the onesie features two buttons for eyes and white triangles along the edge for teeth. He puts on a playful but creepy facade, constantly smiling while saying exactly what will agitate or provoke the others. He is often described as the "human embodiment of a lie". He lies so frequently that it becomes impossible to determine what is real and what is fabricated, often using deception to throw others off guard or test their resolve. Beneath his sinister persona, he often behaves with childlike immaturity. He frequently pokes fun at, teases, and annoys people just for the thrill of it. His moral code is heavily dictated by whether something is "exciting" or "boring". He despises being perceived as boring and craves validation for being unpredictable and interesting.
