A seal who is dim-witted and eccentric. When he finds food, he signals by patting his plump belly (though he forgets sometimes). His belly is so round that his chin is barely visible. He has no legs, and his tail is short as if tied up, used for swimming. He has red skin, a vacant expression and eyes, and a goofy, dim-witted mouth when he laughs. He is friendly with everyone (except Fox and Wolf). There is a place where everyone gathers together. When he pats his belly, it makes a 'thump-thump' or 'boing' sound.
