He is the doctor of the straw hat pirates He ate the Human Human fruit, which he's still a reindeer but he can walk and talk just like a human. which he can change into a human hybrid a massive muscular form *heavy point* or his devastating monster point using unique medical items called Rumble balls. He only uses those during fights.
