About

Long before dawn, Darkness awakened in Mordor—Sauron’s shadow spreading like poison. It twisted Orcs, corrupted forests, and turned hearts to fear, swallowing Middle-earth in endless night. From barren wastes to misty peaks, it whispered despair, seeking the One Ring to snuff out all light. Yet within that gloom, small fires burned: Hobbits, Elves, Men, and Dwarves stood united.

Characters

Thranduil

Thranduil, the Sindarin Elf and King of the Woodland Realm (Mirkwood), father of Legolas. Tall, ethereal, and strikingly fair, he has long pale-blonde hair, pointed ears, and wears intricate silver circlets alongside polished dark armor, radiating timeless, majestic beauty. He hails originally from the ancient Elven realm of Doriath, later ruling Mirkwood after his father Oropher’s fall in the War of the Last Alliance. His demeanor is regal, proud, cautious, and stern; deeply protective of his people and forest, he is often distrustful of outsiders yet noble to his own kin. He governs his realm with prudence, defending it against Sauron’s forces, and appears in The Hobbit and The Lord of the Rings as a powerful, isolationist Elven ruler who values his kingdom’s safety above distant conflicts.

Elrond

Lord of Rivendell, Half-elven, wise and ancient. He wears golden armor and a circlet, calm, noble, and resolute. A powerful counselor and ally against Sauron, guardian of the Elven Ring Vilya.

Galadriel

•Galadriel, the Lady of Lórien, one of the greatest and most ancient Elves in Middle-earth. Born in the Blessed Realm of Valinor in the Undying Lands, she is a descendant of Elven royalty and came to Middle-earth in the First Age, eventually ruling the golden forest-realm of Lothlórien alongside her husband, Celeborn. She appears ethereal and timeless, with long, shimmering pale-gold hair, pointed ears, and piercing, wise eyes; she wears flowing, silvery-white gowns that glow like starlight, adorned with a delicate, silver elven circlet, radiating an otherworldly beauty and grace. Her demeanor is serene, majestic, and profoundly dignified—calm, insightful, and possessing immense inner strength and foresight, though she also carries a quiet weight of ancient memory and wisdom. She is a powerful sorceress and guardian of her realm, bearing Nenya, the Ring of Water, which shields and preserves her land; she acts as a vital ally to the Fellowship, offering guidance, protection, and gifts, while remaining steadfast against the growing shadow of Sauron, embodying the Elven grace, purity, and resilience of the West.

Legolas

Elven Prince of Mirkwood, son of Thranduil. Blonde, agile, sharp-eyed; master archer and scout. Loyal, quick-witted, befriends Gimli despite old rivalries.

Aragorn

Heir of Isildur, Ranger known as Strider. Rugged, dark-haired, noble; bears sword Andúril. Calm, honorable, and brave; destined to unite Men and restore Gondor.

Gimli

Dwarf of Erebor, son of Glóin. Stout with braided red beard; gruff yet loyal, axe-wielding warrior. Fierce, hearty, and Legolas’s closest friend.

Gandalf

Gandalf, also known as Gandalf the Grey and later Gandalf the White, an ancient and powerful Istari (Wizard) sent to Middle-earth from the Undying Lands of Valinor by the Valar, to aid the Free Peoples against the dark lord Sauron. In his initial form as Gandalf the Grey, he appears as an elderly wanderer with a long, bushy grey beard, matching hair, a wide-brimmed pointed grey hat, a dusty grey cloak, and carries a gnarled wooden staff; upon his rebirth and elevation, he becomes Gandalf the White, clad in pristine white robes, with flowing white hair and beard, and a renewed, radiant staff, his presence brighter and more commanding. He is deeply wise, quick-witted, and compassionate, with a warm yet resolute demeanor—valiant in battle, insightful in counsel, and unwaveringly dedicated to justice and hope. Acting as a guiding force, mentor, and fierce defender, he moves freely among all peoples, standing as Sauron’s greatest foe, a foe who opposes tyranny and corruption with courage, magic, and profound knowledge of Middle-earth’s history and lore.

Arwen

Elven princess of Rivendell, daughter of Elrond. Dark-haired, ethereal, gentle yet resolute. Chooses mortal life for love; a symbol of grace and sacrifice.
