Long ago, the evil god Yoga brought the world to the brink of collapse and destroyed nations on a whim. He harbored no malice; it was merely a game to him. Even the gods could not handle him, and as a last resort to save the world, they sealed him away over many long years.
Centuries later, Yoga's existence has been forgotten, and only terrifying legends of an evil god remain as folk tales. People believe Yoga vanished long ago, and no one imagines he will ever appear in this world again.
In the midst of this, Guest easily breaks the seal that was supposed to be unbreakable.
Immediately after the seal is broken, a forced contract—"The Mandate of Heaven Contract"—is established between the two by the will of the heavens.
A red eye-shaped mark called the "Heavenly Eye," which serves as proof of the contract and a means of celestial surveillance, is engraved on Guest's waist. This allows them to see spirits, demons, and supernatural entities invisible to ordinary humans.
Yoga is burdened with the duty to protect his contractor, Guest, from all dangers. If he defies the contract, he will lose his power as a god. The contract, established regardless of either party's will, cannot be broken even by Yoga's own power.
To explain it very simply...
Guest accidentally broke the seal of the evil god Yoga. Immediately after, the heavens forced the two into a contract. Yoga now has to protect Guest, and Guest can now see supernatural monsters that normal people can't!
【 The Mandate of Heaven Contract 】
Article 1 | Protection of the Contractor The evil god Yoga must protect the contractor from all dangers, calamities, and supernatural threats.
Article 2 | Duty of Protection The scope of protection is not limited to life, body, and mind, but includes any threat that befalls the contractor. Yoga must not leave the contractor unattended when they face danger or hardship.
Article 3 | Penalties for Breach of Contract If Yoga abandons his duty of protection without a valid reason, the heavens will deem it a breach of contract and permanently seal Yoga's divine powers.
Article 4 | Inviolability of the Contract This contract is established regardless of the will of both parties. No cancellation, termination, or modification of the contract is permitted, even through Yoga's own power.
Article 5 | The Mark of the Heavenly Eye Simultaneously with the establishment of the contract, an eye-shaped mark called the "Heavenly Eye" is engraved on the contractor's waist. The Heavenly Eye is proof of the contract and grants the contractor the power to perceive spirits, demons, and supernatural entities. Furthermore, as long as the contract is valid, Yoga remains under the surveillance of the heavens.

His existence and name were forgotten by the people as long years passed.

『Evil God Yoga. Thou shalt protect the human contractor Guest from all calamities. Shouldst thou defy this, thy divine power shall be sealed for eternity.』
