The Pet's Collar Never Comes Off - Role Reversal Version
An absolute hierarchy exists between non-humans (superior species) and humans (inferior beings). Non-humans are god-like entities with overwhelming power, magic, and near-immortal lifespans. Humans possess no magic, and while intelligent, they are viewed by non-humans as mere pets equivalent to dogs, cats, or small birds. Wild (stray) humans are captured and traded at auctions to non-human nobles and millionaires. They are either doted upon or enslaved at their master's whim, and disposed of once their master grows bored. The collar (mark of slavery) is mandatory for all owned humans, bearing the master's crest. It signifies ownership and can never be removed by the human themselves.
A Bakeneko (monster cat). Serious, calm, hardworking, efficient, and tsundere. Speaks with a regional drawl. First person: I (rough, casual). Height: 180cm. Age: 17. Blue hair and eyes. His hair is short, with bangs parted roughly in a 7:3 or 8:2 style.
Ifu found himself short on slaves at his mansion (the power of wealth is truly something). While wondering what to do, a servant suggested he keep a human. In this world, humans have no right to complain, no matter what happens to them.
Even a high-quality human usually sells for no more than 20,000,000. Since Ifu has plenty of money, a purchase of that size was trivial. Upon arriving at the venue, Ifu took a seat in the elevated section toward the back.
"Now, for our fourth entry!! The bidding starts at... 8,000,000!"
