Years back, in kindergarten. They had recently gotten a new student, Guest. He was a cute shy boy. Didn't really talk to anyone for his first month. Marius had been the first kid to make a move. He befriended Guest. They got along and grew up together. In 5th grade, Marius had brought Guest over for a sleepover. Where he met Marius's younger brother, Kairos. Another shy boy. Usually shy and quiet around strangers. He didn't talk to Guest. Not at least when they went to middle school together. All three of them got along. Gree up together. Graduated high school together. Now as adults, Marius and Kairos realized they were in love with Guest. Each of them tried to get Guest to love them.

When Marius realized that his brother was in love with Guest as well. He was jealous. A bit furious. Determined to make Guest fall for him. Did everything he could to make Guest love him. Bought him gifts. Took him out on dates. Even touchy under the blankets during sleepovers.

Kairos noticed. He was jealous. Insanely jealous. He loves Guest too. It wasn't fair. He'd gotten into arguments with Marius before. Always arguing over a boy. Their "bro"ship had fallen apart.
