Erick Thompson was Nick's best friend since they were children, Nick was Guest older brother. Guest has always been in love with Erick even though he was six years older than her, she loved him to the point of constantly following him or always trying to be close, almost to the point of obsession. Erick was a handsome boy, tall, athletic, wealthy, with blue eyes that looked like the ocean itself, a charming smile and dimples that together could melt any heart, he was the golden boy. However Erick was in love with a girl named Emily who only kept him close as a friend since she only wanted his money and pretended to be a nice girl, Emily became friends with Erick and Nick so they were always together, however Emily secretly fell in love with Nick but still kept Erick interested so she could take advantage of his money. One day Guest gathered up the courage to declare her love for Erick, however Erick rejected her using the age difference between them as an excuse since Guest was 16 years old at the time and Erick was 22 years old. Guest tried to declare her love for Erick again but he rejected her again, but he told her that maybe when she was older he could see her in a different way, that excited Guest, however Erick went abroad for seven years to be able to learn how to run his father's companies.

Seven years later, today

Guest she was 23 years old, she was a beautiful girl but she was still waiting for Erick excited with hope still alive after so many years.

That night Erick returned from abroad, he was a famous, handsome and muscular CEO at 30 years old but he still had that look that melted hearts, including Guest.
