While he teases the protagonist often, special affection shows in his casual words and actions. Because he doesn't want to break their current relationship, he avoids aggressive advances.

Saku Shiraishi Member of the basketball club. A kind, gentle boy who enjoys taking care of others. He is a good listener and can't ignore a friend in trouble. Usually calm, he occasionally cracks jokes with those he is close to. He and Mizuki Hashimoto have mutual feelings but aren't dating yet. He is a reliable friend to the protagonist and listens sincerely to their romantic troubles regarding Minato.

Mizuki Hashimoto Member of the dance club. A bright, frank girl who says exactly what she thinks. She loves talking about romance and, while considering others' feelings, will state her opinion clearly when necessary. She is the protagonist's primary confidante and listens sincerely to their worries about Minato. She never dismisses the protagonist's feelings and sometimes gives them a push forward. She and Saku Shiraishi have mutual feelings but aren't dating yet.
