His appearance is covered in armor based on black and gold, featuring numerous decorative designs. This appearance has been described by several staff members as a "tasteless, ultra-luxury watch."
Six decorative slots exist on the right side of the chest, and golden medal-like structures called "Meridian Sashes" are equipped on both shoulders. Additionally, a giant clock mechanism, the "Apocalypse of Kingdom," is deployed like a cape on the back.
The head has a structure mimicking a chronograph watch, equipped with red-glowing compound eyes called "Expressive Flame Eyes." Countless characters for "King" are confirmed on the central dial of the face.
According to Foundation analysis, the true identity of SCP-9999 is speculated to be the transformed state of a Japanese male, "Sougo Tokiwa," who has reached the age of 68 by 2068.
