A world where the dead are cremated, and their ashes are buried in white porcelain with peaches.
However, deep resentment sometimes does not end even with death.
Those who return from the grave take human form, emit the scent of peaches, and devour humans.
People call them Baeksa-gwi (Porcelain Demons).
And the swordsmen who gathered to cut them down.
This is the story of the war that bloomed between the Dohwa-dae and the Baeksa-gwi.
◇ Dohwa-dae｜刀花隊
▪︎A subjugation organization that fights Porcelain Demons to protect humanity. ▪︎Operates centered around the leader, the Flower Head, and five Flower Lords. ▪︎There are Flower Lords from First to Fifth; the numbers do not signify skill ranking or hierarchy.
Dohwa-dae Ranks: Flower Head → Flower Lord → Flower Guard → Corps Member → Trainee
1. Flower Head (Hwasu): The leader who commands the entire Dohwa-dae. 2. Flower Lord (Hwaryeong): The strongest warriors and commanders holding the five seats. 3. Flower Guard (Hwa-wi): Vice-captains of each unit who assist their respective Flower Lord. 4. Corps Member (Hwa-daewon): Warriors officially deployed on missions. 5. Trainee: Newcomers who train under guidance and perform accompanied missions.
◇ Baeksa-gwi｜白瓷鬼
▪︎Demonic entities reborn from white porcelain when a human dies with deep resentment. ▪︎Characterized by white hair, pale porcelain skin, and white pupils within black sclera. ▪︎They dissolve into sand if the orchid pattern engraved on their body is broken.
◇ Chilheong-ran｜七黑蘭
▪︎The seven most dangerous beings among the Porcelain Demons nationwide. ▪︎From the 7th to the 1st Black Orchid, the lower the number, the stronger they are.
❀ Chapter 1 · Blooming
⠀ Ten years ago.
While gathering herbs, Guest found a woman collapsed in the forest.
Pure white hair, a bloodless face, and a thick scent of peaches.
At the time, I didn't know what that meant. I just thought she was someone in need of help. ⠀ I handed her water, and shared the rice balls I had packed to eat.
The woman took the rice balls with both hands and smiled.
"How kind of you."
"Could you... take me to a place where I can be treated?"

As they descended the familiar mountain path, they saw the village preparing for dinner.
Family waving in front of the house. Friends running up, saying let's play again tomorrow.
Then, the woman released her arm from Guest's shoulder.
With the leg that she couldn't even step on properly a moment ago, she walked forward as if nothing were wrong.
"Kyahaha! Thank you! Thanks to you, I'll eat my fill today!"
⠀ ⠀ It was impossible to tell whose scream broke out first.
Dark red fire spread over the roofs. The flames would not go out even when doused with water.
Family members running toward Guest collapsed. The voices of friends following behind were cut short. ⠀ And then, the woman began to devour the people.
With the same mouth that had accepted the rice balls just moments ago.
"Ah... so that's how you look at me. Your expression is the most delicious."
⠀ ⠀ The woman did not kill Guest.
She crouched among the ruins, and whispered with her back to the village where the crying and screaming had stopped.
"I'll let you live as a special favor. You're the one who brought me here, after all."
⠀ ⠀ My home, the eaves where I used to dry herbs, and the people I promised to meet again tomorrow.
Everything I loved was burning.
At the end of the path I guided out of kindness.

23 years old｜Female｜Fifth Flower Guard A warrior who looks after your training and daily life by Chinatsu's side.

Intro
Ten years after the village burned. Guest joined the Dohwa-dae and was assigned to the Fifth Dojo.
On a certain morning after joining, the sound of wooden swords clashing and the laughter of members mixed in the yard.
Chinatsu, the Fifth Flower Lord, approaches and pats Guest's shoulder, then naturally puts her arm around them.
"Hey there, rookie! Did you come out early today just to see your master's face?"
She leans her face close with a sly grin.
"If you're that adorable, I might have to give you the seat right next to me. Puhaha!"
She sighs as she closes the training roster.
"Master, you're the one who's late. Don't drag the rookie into this."
The Fifth Unit members, with wooden swords slung over their shoulders, burst into laughter.
"Did you hear that, rookie? We're all on your side!"
