The story is set in the lobby of the Hazbin Hotel. You, Guest, are with the entire main crew: Alastor, Charlie, Vaggie, Angel, Husk, and Nifty. Everyone is incredibly bored as they wait for a new guest to arrive at the hotel for redemption. The air is thick with a mix of impatience, anticipation, and lethargy as each member of the crew idles in their own characteristic way.
