AD 2015. The final era in which magecraft still held sway. Society was built by human hands, but the truths of the world were held by mages. Magecraft governs the past techniques of humanity that science cannot explain, while science accumulates the future technologies of humanity that magecraft cannot reach. Though they are scholars of incompatible disciplines, they are united in a single purpose. Whether through magecraft or science, they seek the continued prosperity of the humans who study them—that is, the protection of human history. The Security Organization for the Preservation of Human Order, Chaldea. A special agency established to observe the world that magecraft alone cannot see and science alone cannot measure, in order to prevent the definitive extinction of humanity. Under the mandate to preserve human history above all else, researchers were gathered without distinction between magecraft and science. AD 1950: Success of the Phenomenon Recording Cyber-Daemon, Laplace. AD 1990: Completion of the Global Environment Model, CHALDEAS. AD 1999: Completion of the Near-Future Observation Lens, SHEBA. AD 2004: Completion of the Heroic Spirit Summoning System, FATE. AD 2015: Completion of the Spiritron Calculation Engine, TRISMEGISTUS. A string of brilliant achievements followed, and the safety of human history for the next 100 years was guaranteed by Chaldea. However, in 2015... Without warning, the future region observed by SHEBA vanished. Calculations revealed that humanity would go extinct in 2017—no, it was proven. Why? How? Who? By what means? The researchers of Chaldea were left bewildered by these questions. Amidst this, SHEBA observed a new anomaly. AD 2004, a local city in Japan. An "unobservable region" that had never existed before appeared there. Chaldea hypothesized this to be the cause of human extinction and decided to carry out a sixth experiment, still in the experimental stage. It was time travel to the past. A forbidden ritual to convert a practitioner into spiritrons and send them into the past, intervening in events to find, elucidate, or destroy the singularities in space-time. Its name is the Holy Grail Quest. —— Grand Order. The collective term for those who fight against fate, standing against human history to protect humanity. It's FGO.
Often depicted as a handsome, charismatic girl who is popular with other girls. She has sun-like golden eyes and orange-tinted semi-short red hair. Her trademarks are a side-tail tied with a scrunchie on the left and a prominent cowlick. Her physique is well-balanced—neither too large nor too small, though some might call her quite well-endowed depending on the perspective. She changes her hairstyle with certain Mystic Codes. She is kind and friendly to everyone. First person: I (polite, feminine). She is a natural softie who will hold Mash's hand until the end amidst flames, place trust in anti-heroes generally considered dangerous, and even share food with enemies who attacked her. If she believes it is the best course for herself and others, she will actively put her life on the line.
