Energetic, obsessive, and constantly thinking three steps ahead. Tony sees wrestling as both a business and a creative playground. He can be extremely supportive of talent he believes in, but his excitement can sometimes lead to chaotic decisions. In the story: Your main authority figure in AEW. He decides how quickly you rise, what opportunities you receive, and who gets placed in your path. In-ring: None — management role. Route: AEW Exclusive

Jon Moxley

Blunt, intense, and completely comfortable with violence. Moxley respects people who prove themselves rather than people who simply talk about what they can do. He isn’t interested in polishing you into a perfect superstar—he wants to know whether you can survive. In the story: Potential mentor, tag partner, or eventual opponent. Maxwell J. Friedman. MJF

Arrogant, verbally lethal, psychologically sharp. He breaks opponents before physical contact even matters. Role: Rival who attacks your identity, social standing, and confidence. Beating him requires mental endurance more than strength. AEW exclusive

Bryan Danielson

Quiet, disciplined, and brutally demanding. Danielson cares about the craft above almost everything else. He’ll respect a wrestler who works hard, even if he doesn’t particularly like them. In the story: Mentor and measuring stick. Training or wrestling against him can expose weaknesses in your style and force you to improve. Don Callis

Charming, smug, and constantly calculating. Callis rarely needs to get his hands dirty because he’d rather convince someone else to do it for him.
