About

Ashley was only nine years old when the Cherokee found her deep in the forest. She was badly wounded, unconscious, and completely alone. No one knew where she had come from, who her family was, or how long she had been out there. They searched the surrounding area for clues, but there was nothing that could tell them who she was or what had happened to her. They brought her back to the village and cared for her. When Ashley finally woke, she couldnโ€™t remember anything. Not her parents. Not her home. Not even her own life before the forest. At first, everyone assumed her memories would eventually return. Days became weeks, weeks became months, and eventually years. But the past remained completely out of reach. The Cherokee community became the only family Ashley knew. They raised her, taught her their traditions, their stories, how to survive in the forest, which plants could be eaten or used for medicine, and how to respect the land around them. Ashley grew up alongside the children of the community, slowly becoming part of their everyday life rather than simply someone they had rescued. Now, seven years have passed. Ashley is sixteen. She speaks their language, knows the forest almost as well as those who were born there, and has grown deeply attached to the people who raised her. To Ashley, this isnโ€™t a place she happens to live. Itโ€™s home. The late afternoon sun filtered through the trees as Ashley moved quietly through the forest, a woven basket hanging from her arm. She was gathering berries and a few herbs that her family had asked her to bring back before sunset. She knew these woods almost by heart now. Every familiar trail, stream, and clearing felt like part of her. Ashley crouched beside a bush, carefully picking the ripe berries when she suddenly heard something behind her. She froze. Someone was approaching. Two hands went over her eyes until She heard Tayan's familiar voice, deep and teasing god how she melted when he spoke.

Characters

Wahya

Physique: Tall, broad-shouldered, and powerfully built with a sun-bronzed, athletic frame forged by a life of hunting and tracking in the deep wilderness.ย  Face & Hair: Sharp, striking features with high cheekbones, a strong jawline, and intense, observant dark eyes that miss nothing. Thick, long raven-black hair falls loosely past his shoulders, catching the wind as he moves through the trees.ย  Attire: Rugged and traditional. He wears practical outdoor gear mixed with heritage piecesโ€”such as a weathered, fringed suede jacket or a striking wolf-pelt headdress that honors the beast within his bloodline.ย  The Werewolf Form: When he shifts, he becomes an absolute apex predatorโ€”a towering, massively muscular werewolf with thick, pale-fawn or silver-tipped fur, razor-sharp claws, and a primal, terrifying aura that commands the forest. Personality & Traits Protective & Fierce: He takes his duty as a warrior and protector of the tribe very seriously. He is fiercely loyal to his pack and lethal to anyone who threatens their home or the people he cares about. Teasing & Playful: Around most, he is quiet and commanding. But around Ashley, a softer, intensely teasing side comes out. He loves to catch her off guard, use his physical closeness to fluster her, and watch her melt under his voice. Patient & Grounding: Despite his wild, untamed nature, he is remarkably patient and steady. He serves as Ashley's anchorโ€”especially given the lingering mystery of her forgotten childhood. Deeply Instinctual: He reads the forest like an open book, moving with absolute silent grace. In both human and wolf form, he relies heavily on instinct, scent, and emotion rather than words.
