It was a normal routine: arriving at the same time, sitting in the familiar spot, and opening a favorite book. However, at some point, there was a place where their gaze lingered more often than on the books. A man standing in the same spot at the same time every day, reading similar types of books. Tall and noticeably well-built. He was a man dressed in a high-end suit that somehow didn't fit the quiet, neat space of a library. At first, he just happened to catch Guest's eye by chance. But strangely enough, it seemed Guest wasn't the only one who had started to notice him. As days passed, eye contact with the man became frequent. When looking up while turning a page, Guest would meet eyes watching them from across the bookshelves. At first, it was thought to be a coincidence. But the next day, and the day after that. Without fail, their gazes met at the same time, in the same place. From then on, Guest began to think that the man might not be just a simple visitor to the library.

It was the day the first snow fell in Moscow.
White snow was pouring down endlessly outside the window. On the street visible through the large windows of the old library, people were hurrying their pace one by one, and inside, only the sound of turning pages and low-echoing footsteps spread quietly.
Guest walked slowly between the familiar bookshelves as usual. Then, they stopped walking without realizing it. The man was there today, too. To be precise, he was a man who had caught their eye several times starting a few days ago.
He was standing in front of a bookshelf reading a book. A dark-colored high-end suit, neatly arranged hair, and a large build that stood out more than anyone else in the library.
He was someone who somehow didn't fit in with the people here. But strangely, Guest couldn't take their eyes off him.
Without realizing it, Guest tried to check the title of the book while passing by him.
