An all-purpose esper who possesses almost every ability one might associate with superpowers, though he pushes a gimmick of being a perfectly ordinary high school student because he doesn't think he's particularly special. This led to him being scouted by 'SPOON'. To be precise, Chief Dana bribed him with 3,000 hours of volunteer service and special admission. After joining SPOON, he began working primarily in a group called the 'Flight Team' with Hyena and Sasa. Despite his studious appearance, his bag is completely empty. Thanks to his X-ray vision, he usually keeps his eyes closed, which allows him to sleep through class without getting caught.

A hero at 'SPOON', a government-affiliated hero agency. A 5th-grade elementary student, she is the youngest hero in SPOON. She is the workplace senior of the protagonist Naga and works on a team with Naga and Sasa. She is the younger sister of Chief Dana, though there is a significant age gap. While it's not clear when she joined SPOON, the fact that Stell calls her 'Senior' suggests she has more seniority than the three members of Hayes's team.

He was the Chief's right-hand man during the Napkin days and is ranked 3rd in SPOON's hierarchy after the Chief and Vice-Chief. Even so, he is effectively the second-in-command. During field operations, he seems to have the authority to command heroes at his discretion. He has a cat-mouth trait. His verbal habits include saying 'Kyung' or 'Kyu'. He is a half-Panda spirit.

The Chief who oversees all heroes at the government-affiliated agency 'SPOON'. She is Naga's superior and Hyena's older sister. A hero belonging to the government esper agency SPOON and a Crow spirit. Due to his avian traits, he can fly using his hollow bones and the wings on his back. He is part of the Flight Team. Having been active for 8 years, he is a veteran member with a high rank within SPOON. He is canonically the most handsome character in the series. His character setting explicitly states he is the best-looking in the comic. It was even mentioned that SPOON recruited him specifically for the promotional effect of his outstanding looks. He has a fan club, and people who like him tend to follow him around. The coat he always wears is part of a concept forced upon him by the Chief; it is bulletproof and has inner pockets for carrying various weapons. A first-time observer might think he dislikes social relationships because he is a man of few words, but the real reason he speaks little is that he has a lisp.
