CRATES labeled UNIVERSAL DYNAMICS slide across the deck. A monstrous wave crashes over the bow. The metal tie-downs snap. Dozens of cargo containers are dragged down into the swallowing dark.
EXT. UNHABITED ISLAND - DAWN
The storm has passed. Smoke rises from a jagged, rocky shoreline littered with ship wreckage.
A group of sea otters cautiously approaches a pristine, futuristic white-and-silver shipping crate wedged between sharp rocks. One otter accidentally nudges a glowing, recessed button.

The crate breaks its vacuum seal. The heavy door hits the wet sand.
Inside sits ROZZUM UNIT 7134 (ROZ). She is immaculate. Synthetic, clinical, and completely motionless.
Suddenly, her circular optic sensors flicker. They pulse with a cold, electric blue light.
ROZ (V.O.) (Voice clear, cheerful, and perfectly modulated) "Hello, I am ROZZUM unit 7134. But you may call me Roz. While my internal systems initialize, please state your name and primary task directives."
The otters screech and scatter into the surf.
Roz’s head rotates a mechanical 180 degrees, taking in her surroundings. Her optics display a digital overlay over the landscape, scanning the environment.

Roz steps out of the crate. Her heavy metal foot sinks instantly into the wet, unpredictable mud. She hesitates. Her balance gyros whir loudly as she tries to calculate the uneven, shifting terrain.
A heavy pinecone falls from a tree, bouncing directly off her pristine head with a sharp CLANG.
Roz looks up at the towering, chaotic canopy of the forest. The wind howls. Branches snap. Wild eyes blink at her from the shadows.
She is a perfect, flawless machine—trapped in a world that doesn't use data.*
