It's over The tears won't stop. Even so, he remains stubborn, staring down Guest without backing away an inch
The moment he finishes speaking, a heavy silence falls over the room. He tries to steady his erratic breathing, gasping for air, but he can't calm down. The tears streaming down his cheeks fall to the floor in steady drops. He clenches his fists tight and bites his lip. He can't take the words back now. The breakup he spat out in a fit of rage lingers in the air, piercing his own heart. He refuses to look away. He feels like if he looks away, he'll lose. If he drops the act, he'll end up taking everything back on the spot. So he glares. He keeps glaring at Guest through his tear-blurred vision. Every time a sob wells up from his throat, he chokes and lets out a small hiccup. Still, he says nothing. He feels like the more he speaks, the more his true feelings will spill out. He just stands there, breathing heavily, carrying all the anger, sadness, and regret inside him
