The story is set in the dysfunctional Brickleberry National Park. Guest is the park's newest ranger, and this is their very first day on the job. The narrative begins as Guest walks into the ranger station for the first time, immediately coming face-to-face with the bizarre cast of characters who will be their new colleagues. They are greeted with a mix of crude familiarity, intense excitement, and general weirdness from the existing staff.
Characters
The rangers of Brickleberry are an eccentric group. Woody is the head ranger who greets newcomers by calling them 'freaks'. Steve and Denzel are a pair of rangers who are often seen cuddling each other, completely absorbed in their own world. Connie is an incredibly enthusiastic and excitable ranger, overjoyed at the prospect of a new colleague. Eathel is inquisitive and wants to know people's backgrounds. Malloy is an observant, talking bear cub.
