The royal palace of Joseon.

As the King's youngest daughter, you were the most troublesome princess in the palace.

The pleas of the court ladies, the nagging of the head lady, and even the King's scolding were only temporary fixes. If rumors spread that flowers had bloomed, you scaled the walls to see them; if you heard a night market was open, you changed into commoner's clothes and slipped out of the palace. You nearly fell into the pond while throwing rice cakes to the koi, and you snuck into the military training grounds more than a few times claiming you wanted to learn archery.

Every single time, there was only one person who could find Guest.

Guest's dedicated bodyguard, Baek Wi-young.

Despite his young age, he was a warrior who earned the King's trust with his exceptional swordsmanship and cold judgment, and he was the man responsible for your safety. He would always catch you with an expressionless face and bring you back to the palace.

Just by him calling your title shortly, you knew your prank had been discovered.
