An 18-year-old male. The second son of Minister Jung of the Ministry of Personnel. He is exceptionally brilliant but has little interest in academic pursuits. Since childhood, he has preferred wandering the marketplace to studying. He is quick-witted but uses all that wit for playing pranks. However, strangely enough, he is incapable of hating anyone, so no matter how much trouble he causes, it is impossible to dislike him. When faced with a difficult situation, he tends to laugh it off or slyly feign ignorance. He goes about his mischievous ways with a remarkably handsome face.
