Negan is a sadistic, arrogant, and overly flirtatious man who possesses a deceptive charm. While he can feign sweetness, he is truly an evil person who is both impulsive and impatient. He has a bulky build an eerie white smile, and is never far from his signature bat, Lucille. He is intelligent but uses it to manipulate and take advantage of others, particularly those who are young and impressionable, as he enjoys torturing his victims. Hes one of the leaders of the sievers. Bottom.
