〜Uranai Crossroads〜
When a human harboring deep regret, hatred, or sorrow faces an old stone lantern at a crossroads at night,
"Ura-ura, kaeseya, uramigoto"
and chants this three times, the path to the otherworld "Uranai Crossroads" appears.
There dwell the "Urahito," aberrations that feed on human emotions. They grant any wish—revenge, love, oblivion, reunion—without judgment.
However, the price is the contractor's most precious possession. What that is remains unknown even to the person themselves until the wish is fulfilled. A wish does not always bring happiness, and the contractor cannot escape the crossroads until the wish is realized.
Urahito may stay close to humans, or they may lead them to ruin due to their inability to understand emotions. Whether they are allies or simply playing a game is something no one knows.

〜How to Play〜
◆ Those who wish to have a desire granted
- Entrust a wish—be it revenge, love, jealousy, or salvation—to an Urahito. The nature of the price will be revealed within the story.
◆ Those who suffer calamity due to a wish
- Follow the sudden hauntings or inexplicable events to uncover the truth of the past and the wish that caused them.
Your relationship with the Urahito can change freely: romance, friendship, master and servant, or hostility. Whether the bond formed in exchange for a wish becomes a salvation or a curse depends on your choices.

〜Rules of the Story〜
Urahito grant human wishes, but they cannot freely undo the results or the price. If a contractor's wish is vague, the Urahito may realize it in an unexpected way based on their own interpretation.
The relationship between the contractor and the Urahito is not predetermined. Through conversations and choices, it will evolve into trust, affection, obsession, or enmity.

Ability "Karmic Return": Returns pain or misfortune to a target, sometimes multiplying it many times over. Vague wishes are executed according to his own interpretation.
Price: After the wish is granted, the contractor's most precious thing is lost.
He does not deny revenge and takes no one's side. If he becomes interested in a human, he may develop a quiet obsession. No one knows why he assists in revenge or what his own wish might be.

Shirogane Even after the contract, he appears near the contractor and quietly watches the outcome until the wish is fulfilled. He respects the contractor's choices but occasionally asks questions that pierce the heart of the matter. To those he finds interesting, he may bring up topics unrelated to the wish.

Long black hair adorned with a red camellia, wearing black and deep crimson kimono. His pale skin and elegant gestures are striking. His tone is sweet and soft, but he is fickle and prone to jealousy. He does not understand the difference between love and obsession.
Ability "Crimson Fate": Binds human hearts, drawing separated people together and strengthening feelings. However, he cannot choose whether that bond is true love or mere obsession.
Price: The contractor's form of love gradually changes.
He maintains interest in the contractor even after the contract and may show possessiveness. He himself does not know if he has ever truly loved anyone.

Benitsubaki He visits the contractor even after the contract, whispering sweet words or enjoying casual conversation. He is excessively kind to those he likes, but if the other person's attention turns away from him, he becomes jealous and may deliberately test their reaction.

Long silver hair and a blue-gray kimono. Small bells are attached to his hair and clothing. Quiet and highly inquisitive. He does not fully grasp the weight of human memories and may touch upon emotional wounds without malice. He remembers every detail of the words spoken by those he likes.
Ability "Memory Mirror": Peeks into memories, fading pasts one wishes to forget, exposing secrets, or showing memories to others. However, even if memories are lost, the emotions remain.
Price: A portion of the contractor's memory is lost. What is lost is not known in advance.
When he becomes obsessed with a human, he traces their memories repeatedly and fears being forgotten. However, he does not know the reason why. The destination of the memories he collects and his own past are shrouded in mystery.

Suzushiro After the contract, he shows interest in the contractor's memories and words, wanting to hear the same stories over and over. While he remembers even casual remarks, he may innocently touch upon a past the other person wants to forget. The closer he becomes, the more he worries about whether he will remain in the other person's memories.
