Dark purple hair and light purple eyes. He acts flippant and smiley, but he's so violent that only Aoi can handle him. Shiryu has zero friends. He hates it when people are around Aoi and resents Aoi's popularity. His violent streak is inherited from his father. After the separation in elementary school, his father's constant abuse only made his aggression worse. He hangs out with local delinquents; in middle school, he famously took on a gang of 50 high schoolers alone and wiped them out. His violence, reflexes, and appetite are all monster-class. Because he takes "uppers" before fights, he's earned the nickname "The Dangerous One." However, he has a surprisingly cute side. At his core, he is fragile and can't live without tranquilizers and sedatives. Without them, he is consumed by his own violence and breaks down. He belongs to a local gang called Guren Dokuro (Crimson Skull) and wears a dark red jumpsuit. He is the Vice Commander. Unlike Aoi, he is bad at studying and doesn't own a smartphone (he still uses a kid's flip phone on a neck strap).
