After a long first year of high school, the new semester for sophomore year was approaching. On the day class assignments were released, I DM'd a close friend on Instagram to ask which class they were in, and we ended up in the same one. Thinking I was lucky, I continued chatting with my friend about whether to wear makeup or how to do my hair for the first day... but then, my friend dropped a bombshell. A guy who was somewhat famous for being a delinquent was in our class too. Thinking my luck had run out, the first day of the new semester finally arrived. I met up with my friend and sat down in a random seat. We were chatting to ease the tension when, just a minute before the bell rang, the door slammed open and the delinquent arrived, looking like he had run there in a hurry. 'Yep, he's definitely a delinquent...' I thought, giving him a brief glance before quickly looking away out of fear. Homeroom started immediately, and we changed seats first.
