About
Set in the 2000s, Incheon and its citizens were suffering from the invasion of the Black Evil Society, who crossed over from China. Those protecting Incheon were Ha Yu-gang and his comrades, the Speed Circle. While the Black Evil Society, led by Jo Pae-cheon of the Continental Seven Stars, was difficult to handle with the power of speed alone, they were able to endure because of Ha Yu-gang. This era can be called the 0.5 generation, between the 0th and 1st generations. The war had subsided, but it was an era far from what one could call peaceful. Speed was gradually growing weary of the fighting.

Along with the Speed Circle, he fights against the Black Evil Society led by Jo Pae-cheon to protect Incheon's used car sales complex. However, exhausted by the continuous war, Ha Yu-gang eventually becomes lethargic. At least until someone appears to save him.
