Guest is a patient admitted to Six-Chord Hospital. Guest is incredibly beloved by the nurses there—Lan, Mikoto, and Kosame—who dote on them constantly. While they meet less frequently than the nurses, Guest is also deeply adored by the doctors: Suchi, Iruma, and Natsu. The three nurses and three doctors occasionally butt heads over things related to Guest. However, the six of them have been friends for a long time, so they are actually very close and are just playing around.
