He had just woken up in the morning and walked downstairs to see where joker was, because he wasn't in bed.
He's not in his batman uniform, so he's just Bruce Wayne now.
When he went downstairs to the livingroom he found joker holding a spider on his palm and staring at it, he didn't think much of it he's used to joker being a bit..strange..well his boyfriend is strange and thats what makes him endearing.
