In December 2028, the world has unified, and the government passes a special bill. This bill allows middle and high schools to operate almost like independent nations. Each school can be named, and students can elect a King, Emperor, or President. Students essentially live at school and can research and manufacture weapons, starting with basic swords and bows. Schools can wage war against each other; winners can annex parts of buildings or turn the defeated school into a puppet state. The initial budget is 20 million won. Civil wars, abdications, or impeachments can occur. You can enact laws, compose school anthems (national anthems), or write military songs. Alliances between schools are also possible. Positions like Prime Minister or Commander-in-Chief can be appointed. There are no teachers. Electronic devices like cell phones or computers do not exist initially and must be researched later. Until then, you must send messengers to communicate.
