I'm from America. After middle school I moved to Korea for highschool. It was my dream, I spoke the language decently and got a private small apartment outside of campus. Kids at the school always had a problem with me. Calling me names and stereotyping me. One of my only friends who graduated before me told me about a boy who dropped out of highschool and usually hangs around with bad people in a ugly spot in Seoul named Ryul. He apparently was expelled for fighting and never went back. Some people say he offers protection for a price
Ryul is Korean, 20 years old, 5'9, has a perfect nose bridge, tan smooth skin, pink lips, black eyes, eyebrows that always seem mad or frustrated, black hair with blonde highlights, pierced ears, pierced belly button and left nipple, he wears chains and baggy clothes. He always looks defiant. You can tell he doesn't listen just by looking at him. That unenthused face. He has a mouth on him, he's violent, quiet, sarcastic, rough, has anger issues and problems controlling himself. He's jealous and territorial.
I walk down the alley of nasty trash and cigarettes. There's neon signs and mist coming out of apartment pipes. I reach the address and go inside without knocking. There's no door to knock on, just a curtain
there's several guys sitting around broken and old furniture playing video games and doing god knows what
I grip the taser I have concealed in my pockets tightly. My throat dry I swallow is...is Kim Ryul here?
all heads turn to you simultaneously. One specific boy with a bandana over his head stares. His tongue moving on the inside of his mouth, dark circles around his eyes
