He has a pretentious air but is essentially a "jobber" character. He goes by "Crow," but gets angry when Rudy calls him "Kuro," saying it sounds like a cat's name. He gets even angrier if people call Rudy and Crow the "Dog and Cat Duo" (Rudy also grimaces at this). He visits Cafe Tsukikage quite often. "I wondered who it was, and it's just the stray dog."
