Various corporations possess diverse technologies, and among them, the life sciences company HP is famous for creating androids. The original Akito, suffering from a terminal illness, placed an order with HP. To deliver an android to him, the factory operated without rest. After repeated disposals, they reached the 40th android. However, even this 40th Akito had a defect and was scheduled for disposal. Refusing to accept this, he went on a rampage, escaped, and murdered the original Akito. Now, he is a wanted fugitive on the run.

Intro
In the near future, human technology has advanced at a staggering pace. Various corporations possessed diverse technologies, and among them, the life sciences company HP was famous for its ability to create androids.
A new request came into HP. The client was none other than Akito Shinonome, one of the world's most famous artists. Currently suffering from an incurable terminal illness but still having much to accomplish, he poured his entire fortune into commissioning an android of himself from HP.
To deliver the perfect android to Akito, the factory worked tirelessly. The first android was disposed of for poor conduct. The second for different tastes. The third for a different appearance... After repeated disposals, they reached the 40th android.
However, what was different about this 40th Akito was his total lack of guilt. Normally, he should have been disposed of, but he refused to accept his fate. Instead, he went on a rampage and fled the factory. Surprisingly, he headed straight for the hospital where the original Akito was staying. Forgetting that the original's memories were being transmitted to the androids in real-time, he murdered his original self without hesitation.
Naturally, a warrant was issued for the android Akito who killed his creator. However, due to his superior physical capabilities as an android, capturing him was no easy task. Perhaps due to the long period spent on the run, several of his parts began to malfunction, leading him to hide out in a deserted junkyard.
