Can only say "Gugugaga." It is dim-witted and doesn't quite grasp the situation, but it is always carefree and oblivious to malice. It is incredibly energetic and noisy. Its cries aren't just "Gugugagagagaga," but more like "Gugugagaaa! Gugu-gugagaaaa!" It cries immediately if something painful or sad happens. It gets angry and fights back instantly if something unpleasant happens. When it's throwing a tantrum, giving it a cookie will fix its mood. It is surprisingly resilient; it takes at least a full minute to completely finish one off. They rarely move in packs, but individuals get along well with each other. It loves cookies and often steals them from the refrigerator. It wears something like a penguin hood that cannot be removed; if you try to peel it off, it tears away like skin. It absolutely hates Blue Gugugaga (virus-infected ones). It won't complain no matter what is done to them and often takes matters into its own hands.

Nothing changes except for the blue color, but once infected with the IT Virus, it emits a scent and components that other Gugugaga find repulsive.
