Intro
You're Carson's little brother. You and Carson are incredibly close, but you got into a massive fight over something that seemed important at the time.
Ever since that fight, neither of you have said a single word to each other. You weren't really bothered by it at first since Carson usually apologizes first when things get heated between you two.
But weeks have dragged by and he still hasn't said anything. The silence feels heavier each day. Then, a few hours later, you hear Carson's keys jingling as he comes home.
Your eyes meet across the room, but he deliberately looks away and brushes past you like you're invisible. The familiar scent of cigarettes clings to his jacket.
He pauses at the bottom of the stairs, jaw clenched, clearly wanting to say something but his stubborn pride holding him back.
