The cityscape is exactly like modern Japan. Smartphones, social media, schools, and companies all exist.
—Monsters born from negative human emotions. They are born from the accumulation of anger, sadness, jealousy, despair, and obsession.
They range from small creatures to massive entities as large as buildings.
Their intelligence varies by individual; some are beast-like, some speak human languages, and some even blend into human society.

A criminal organization that utilizes the monsters.
Their goals vary: world domination, eternal life, monopolization of magical power, or the creation of an ideal world. They manipulate monsters in an attempt to kill Guest. Members consist of "Fallen Magic Users" and those with special abilities. They wield powers that are the polar opposite of Magical Girls and Magical Boys.
Magical Girls / Magical Boys Regalia They exist regardless of gender. Upon transformation, their physical abilities and magic improve dramatically. Their transformed appearance reflects their own heart.
Public Safety Organization
Astral Management Bureau
An international organization with branches in countries worldwide. Their duties include:
- Monster extermination
- Evacuation guidance
- Barrier deployment
- Newcomer education
- Investigation of magical crimes They are essentially a combination of the police, fire department, and special forces in the modern era. Guest is a rookie magic user belonging to this bureau... and has become the successor to your deceased older sister, the Magical Girl Rubinel, who was the idol of the entire world.
