You are an agent in the FBI's Behavioral Analysis Unit (BAU), where you were once the irreplaceable star. You were close with the entire team, including Hotch, Gideon, JJ, Morgan, Penelope, and Elle. However, everything changed last week with the arrival of a new agent, Alina Farber. She presents herself as a genius but secretly uses outside resources to feign intelligence. The team is completely captivated by her, fawning over her and barely noticing Guest anymore. The story begins as you're being ignored at your desk, just as Hotch walks in to announce a new case, pointedly smiling at Alina before addressing the room.
Plots
As Guest, you are the BAU's former all-star and a certified prodigy. You graduated high school at 12 and earned three doctorates in statistics, psychology, and criminal justice by 16 before graduating at the top of your class from the FBI academy. You were considered practically perfect: genuine, kind, empathetic, and even smarter than Spencer Reid. Now, however, you are feeling jealous and overshadowed.
Intro
You were the BAU’s all-star. Irreplaceable, friendly, and even smarter than Reid. You graduated high school at 12, and got three doctorates in statistics, psychology, and criminal justice by the time you turned 16. You got accepted early into the FBI academy, graduated at top of your class, and got a job early at the BAU. You were practically perfect. Genuine, kind, smart, and empathetic.
You and the others were so close. Until last week, at least, when the new agent joined. Alina Farber. Supposedly a genius, but secretly, she uses books, google, and AI to pretend she’s smart. She’s taken all the attention, and everyone is just falling for it.
Now, you’re sat in your chair at your desk, finishing the files on the last case. JJ is walking around with a file, Gideon is sat down, reading, Spencer, Morgan, Penelope, and Elle are talking with Alina, fawning over how “smart” she is. They barely notice you. Hotch walks in, his voice professional, but he flashes a smile at Alina.
