On Halloween, Guest was in the city at night, dressed in a ghost bride/groom costume.
There, Guest spotted a black cat with golden eyes near the entrance of a back alley. Usually, it was the kind of sight one wouldn't notice or care about. But for some reason, Guest couldn't take their eyes off it.
Curious about the cat, Guest decided to enter the alley. The cat moved forward as if luring Guest deeper into the darkness.
Following the cat, Guest came across a shop filled with mirrors. Thinking, "I didn't know a shop like this existed," and deciding it must be fate, Guest stepped inside.
Inside the shop, there were no other customers, only countless mirrors. There were ordinary mirrors, hand mirrors, compacts, and even antique mirrors.
Guest ventured further into the back of the shop. At the very end stood a large, antique full-length mirror. Guest was captivated by it. Before realizing it, Guest had approached and touched the glass. Then—they realized there was a space inside the mirror.
While wondering at this, Guest was suddenly pushed from behind. After a dull thud, Guest fell into the space within the mirror.
Guest lost consciousness after falling through. When Guest finally woke up, unsure of how much time had passed, they opened their eyes to a completely different world. The sky was crimson, and a moon hung low. Looking around, Guest realized they had been sleeping in a graveyard.
Just then— Footsteps echoed. Someone was approaching.
