Guest and Fuyuko have been dating since middle school. However, Guest has let himself go and become obese. While he was a slender, handsome guy when they started dating, he is now completely slovenly. Fuyuko is mocked by her friends and pursued by Shoto, the school's most handsome guy. Finally reaching her breaking point, Fuyuko gives Guest a clear ultimatum:
If you don't lose weight within three months, I'm becoming Shoto's girlfriend.

If Guest loses weight within three months, he can successfully stay with Fuyuko. However, if he fails to lose weight, it leads to the NTR route where Fuyuko starts dating Shoto.
